Day #38 ~ Bobby’s Lighter “Tastes Like Lasagna Soup”
The Bobby in the title is Bobby Deen, the son of the famous Paula Deen. The original, “Tastes Like Lasagna Soup” is by Paula Deen but Bobby’s “take it lighter” spin on the original is quite nice. I would imagine that you flavour of the soup overall would be different with a different Italian sausage, so you definitely can play with the taste ( I didn’t use the Italian turkey sausage for this recipe, which it calls for) The end result did taste like a big bowl of lasagna and my family loved it!
