Day #33 ~ Spinach Artichoke Grilled Cheese

April is grilled cheese month, so this recipe is fitting and seriously delicious!  Spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, and cheese all queezed into delicious homemade bread.  Something I would invision you eating from one of those food vans in San Fran.
